Lead testing strategy across multi-team programs. Define the QA framework, mentor SDETs, and drive shift-left testing culture across engineering.
Conduct threat modelling, penetration testing, and secure code reviews for enterprise clients. Build and tune SIEM/SOAR pipelines that actually detect real threats.
Lead security architecture across major client programs. Own zero-trust frameworks, compliance posture (SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP), and red-team operations.
Lead a squad of 6–10 engineers across one or more client programs. Own delivery quality, team health, 1:1 coaching, performance reviews, and technical hiring. You're technical enough to earn the team's trust and people-savvy enough to grow them.
Own the end-to-end delivery of enterprise client engagements. Manage timelines, budgets, risk registers, and stakeholder communications. You turn complex, multi-team programs into predictable, on-time outcomes.
Own Nova Aegis's engineering organisation across multiple concurrent client programs. Set the bar for engineering culture, drive org-wide hiring strategy, define technical standards, and represent engineering in executive-level client discussions.
